**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any Sales, retail and voice experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
