- 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related position (Experience within HVAC/Refrigeration is advantageous).
- Proficiency in English and MS Office suite.
- A deep understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learning ability and a genuine passion for sales.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry is a plus.
