**Overview**:
BearTech is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Installation Executive to join our team, specializing in GPS Tracking Devices, Biometric Attendance Systems, and CCTV Cameras. As a Technical Support & Installation Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting on-site installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site visits for installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware components.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions using CRM systems.
- Communicate technical information and instructions to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Stay updated on product features, technical documentation, and industry trends.
- Participate in product training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). **Freshers Can Apply**:

- Proven experience in technical support and customer service roles, preferably in the field of GPS tracking devices, biometric attendance systems, or CCTV cameras.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Excel and PDF.

- 30 days of comprehensive training with a fixed pay of 8000/-.
- 3-month probation period with a fixed salary of 14000/- to 16,000/-.
