Job Description:

Highly passionate, inquisitive person responsible for the installation & commissioning activities of MW-scale solar PV projects. The role involves hands-on execution and supervision of MMS erection, solar module, inverter, electrical installation, and system performance validation, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute mechanical, electrical, and civil installation work for MW-scale solar plants.
  • Supervise and participate in Module Mounting Structure (MMS) erection, solar module, inverter, LT & HT panel installation.
  • Oversee DC and AC cabling works, termination, earthing, and testing of electrical components.
  • Support commissioning activities including system testing, performance verification, and synchronization with the grid.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings and quality procedures.
  • Maintain site documentation, installation checklists, and as-built reports.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and reliability standards as per project and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar project installation and commissioning, preferably in MW-scale plants.
  • Strong understanding of MMS erection, electrical installation, and testing procedures.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
  • Familiar with safety protocols and standards in solar construction.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
