Job Title: Rooftop Solar System Installer

Location: Varanasi

Department: Installation Services

Reports To: Installation Manager

Job Summary:
The Rooftop Solar System Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The installer will ensure that all systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to determine appropriate setup, layout, and placement of solar panels.

Installation: Mount and install solar panels, structural framing, and electrical components according to schematics and site assessments.

Electrical Work: Connect solar panels to the electrical system and ensure compatibility with existing power supplies.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and building codes to ensure a secure and compliant installation.

Operational Testing: Conduct operational tests and inspections to verify system performance and safety.

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, explain system operation to clients, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in solar PV installation or electrical work is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Salary Range: 10000/- to 18000/- depending on prior experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,015.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
