Experience: minimum 4 + years as a Secretary.

Industry: Garments retail.

Timing: 10 am - 7 pm

Responsibilities: Assist the Director in all strategic matters of the organization, including administrative policy decisions etc.

Direct all administrative and operative activities for the Senior Management Personnel and ensure the timely completion of initiatives.

Manage the schedule, own action-item tracking, and follow through to resolution.

Maintain accurate confidential files and data records.

Assist in the preparation of effective communication material for internal and external stakeholders in different contexts.

Attend management meetings.

Identify, prioritize, and surface topics and issues that require attention along with suggestions for mitigation or resolution.

Schedule and keep track of meetings, take care of requirements related to the meetings i.e proper invites, conference rooms, conference equipment & Agendas.

Handling mailbox, proactively reading, filtering, and action mail.

Effectively and efficiently handling verbal & written communication.

Coordinate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Management reports on time.

Handling all approvals on Unit Heads' behalf i.e. travel & expense, IT & procurement related as per the policies laid by the organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
