**Job Title: Merchandiser (Kidswear)//near Ruby Hospital**:

The Merchandiser (Kidswear) is responsible for managing the overall buying and merchandising strategy for the company's kidswear product line. The role involves working closely with designers, suppliers, and the sales team to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities to meet customer demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a merchandising strategy for the kidswear product line that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with designers to create a product range that meets customer demand and maximizes sales opportunities.
Work with suppliers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make informed decisions about product range and pricing.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure that products are effectively marketed and promoted to maximize sales.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats to the kidswear product line.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and product range to senior management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1-5 years' experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the kidswear industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software.
Strong understanding of the kidswear market and industry trends.
Ability to travel to attend trade shows and supplier meetings as required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
