Job Summary- The Production is responsible for Maintain overall Operation and Process as per requirement and Control cost of assigned Operation area by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safeguarding quality and safety of people and products.- Roles & Responsibilities- Good Experience in production planning and achieving the daily production target.
- Responsible for all Process and CIP operations in SCADA.
- Following SOP’s in operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of production processes, batch records, and other relevant documents.
- Responsible and collaborating with other departments to schedule maintenance during downtime or planned periods to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring that all production activities are conducted safely and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicating with other departments, such as quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Knowledge in manpower handling.
