Manufacturing / Production Chemist

Experience in Manufacturing of Capsules, Tablet & Protein Powders etc. Responsible for manufacturing, manpower forecasting, planning, work allocation, monitoring, performance evaluation Production Documentation-BPR, BMR, Log Books, SOPs etc. on daily basis Reduce operational cost, meet production target. Enter the data in Equipment usage log, Batch Manufacturing Record, Cleaning log and other required document. To ensure that preventive maintenance of respective equipment done as per schedule. Manufacturing the products by following the operations mentioned in the BMR and maintaining on-line documentation. Maintenance & usage of equipment or instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping and data maintenance norms. Follow up with QC / QA for Analysis, blend & final material clearance. Comprehensive knowledge of formulation and manufacturing methods Ensuring discipline among workforce at shop floor Responsible for sampling and analysis of raw materials, In-process Intermediates and finished products. Responsible for releasing the in-process and intermediates for further process. Keeping adequate inventory of all ingredients.

- Chemist for manufacturing/production activity in Tablets/Capsules
- Should be able to develop formulations for Oral Dosage forms such as Tablets and Capsules.
- Knowledge of Granulation in Tableting essential
- To follow cGMP, safety norms and adhere with company policy.
- Indenting the materials as per standard batch size and counter checking of the quantities before consumption/use
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the work premise
- Maintaining the quality of the product at all stages of manufacturing
- Maintaining of all the records concerned to production department
- Minimum Experience of 2 to 3 years in Granulation, Compression and Coating Sections.
- Knowledge of working in GMP environment.
- Super Active person who can lead a team of manufacturing chemists, operators, and helpers.
- Sound knowledge or well versed with working on MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel) / ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
