
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing their needs and expectations.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate Shipease capabilities and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop strategies and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and client needs
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and manage budgets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge to identify prospects and high pursuance ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
