**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
**Sales (Primary Focus)**
- Handle inbound sales calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and feedback
- Close sales and ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process
- Assist in online/digital sales platforms and drive conversions
- Identify corporate clients, fix appointments with them and visit them

**Brand & Operations Support**
- Supervise and assist during product photoshoots (coordinate with photographer/stylist)
- Style products for visual shoots, social media, or catalog purposes
- Assist in setting up and managing brand stalls at exhibitions/events
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the team for improvements
- Do basic documentation or logístical coordination when required

**Marketing Support (Occasional)**
- Help draft captions and organize creative assets for social media
- Keep track of samples and props used for shoots or events
- Assist the creative/marketing team with last-mile execution

**Profile Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert leads
- Comfortable multitasking and taking initiative
- Good aesthetic sense for styling and brand presentation
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
