**Key description**
- Assist in the preparation and sending of quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather information on industry trends and competitors.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Assist in maintaining CRM records and tracking sales activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
