Billing Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming payments from customers accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payments, invoices, or accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, billing, and customer service to address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and send statements of account to customers on a regular basis.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to collect outstanding debts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
