**What You Will Do and Learn**

We are looking for an **Billing Associate** to join our **Accounting **Team

The **Billing Associate** will participate in all activities in the billing cycle, including invoicing customers of multiple legal entities and currencies, manage project billing reconciliations and communicating with customers about billing issues.
- Help execute monthly billing process, making sure all contractual milestones, time entries, out-of-pocket expenses and sales taxes are billed timely and accurately
- Send invoices to the customers via electronic communication or portal upload, and follow up on late/incorrect payments
- Maintain accurate electronic ERP system data, files, and folders, including paperless invoicing, customer addresses, portal information, payment terms, customer project reconciliations and other reports. Communicate with IT and Operations teams on any systems issues
- Manage contract budget versus actual billing project summary reconciliations for all customer projects and communicate with project managers on possible overages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as finance systems maintenance, new user onboarding and entering data in multiple systems

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting, Business or Finance degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable
- Very well organized and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite, experience with Financial Force or Anaplan a plus
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
- Highly proficient with Excel
- Experience working with international teams
