We are looking for a skilled ITI Mechanical Technician to install, maintain, and repair

equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.



Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues on machines and production lines.



Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.



Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.



Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.



Follow safety procedures and regulations while performing mechanical work.



Maintain maintenance logs and report breakdowns promptly.



Collaborate with electrical and production teams to minimize downtime.



Replace or repair worn parts, such as bearings or gears.



Keep tools and workshop areas clean and organized.

**Requirements**:
 ITI certificate in Mechanical Trade (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, etc.)

 Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics



Good problem-solving and analytical skills



Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy components



Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required

Preferred Skills:


Knowledge of welding and fabrication



Understanding of ISO and safety standards



Experience with preventive maintenance systems (TPM, CMMS)



Basic computer skills (for logging maintenance records)
