**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Preventive Maintenance**:

- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for press machines (mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic).
- Maintain detailed logs and checklists for all routine maintenance activities.
- Inspect machine components for wear and perform timely replacements.

**2. Breakdown Maintenance**:

- Respond immediately to press machine breakdowns and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose faults related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Coordinate with spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components.

**3. Machine Setup & Calibration**:

- Assist in machine leveling, alignment, and stroke adjustment.

**4. Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all machines meet safety and operational standards.
- Inspect and maintain safety guards, interlocks, and emergency stop systems.
- Report unsafe practices or conditions and take corrective action.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain machine history cards and maintenance logs.
- Generate reports on breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives in the press shop.
- Suggest improvements to reduce machine downtime and improve efficiency.

**7. Coordination**:

- Work closely with production, tool room, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted press shop operations.
- Supervise junior maintenance technicians.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic)
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals
- Good problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in a press shop or metal forming unit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
