**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback on their experience with our services.

Listen actively to customer concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide appropriate responses and maintain the reports.

Record customer feedback accurately and ensure that all relevant information is well documented.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and address any additional concerns they may have.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times.

Collaborate with other team members to identify common customer issues and trends and propose solutions for improvement.

Provide service information to customers and assist them with any inquiries or requests they may have.

Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and feedback collection.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.

Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
