As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll ensure our customers’ satisfaction and success. Your primary focus will be guiding customers through their journey with our product or service, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. You’ll act as a liaison, advocate, and advisor, proactively addressing customer needs and concerns to foster loyalty and drive long-term satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
❖ Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals.

❖ Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing guidance and support.

❖ Respond to customer feedback promptly and proactively.

❖ Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics.

❖ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

❖ Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.

❖ Provide timely solutions to enhance the customer experience.

❖ Connecting with leads in real time through calls and direct chats

❖ Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues promptly

❖ Adhering to established sales processes and standard operating procedures

❖ Building high-quality relationships with customers and team members

❖ Working collaboratively with the team to reach common goals

❖ Providing accurate recommendations and information to customers and prospects

❖ Achieving set targets and contributing to the success of the team

❖ Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
