Educational Qualification: MBA in International Business and Marketing/Sales or a related field, Extremely good educational background, from a reputed and good university. Graduation
Experience Required**:1-2 Years** of experience in **international sales coordination and customer servicing** MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL SALES AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Territory**:MAJORLY AFRICAN AND MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES**
Product Portfolio: Confectionery - candies, lollipops; Biscuits, Agricultural Goods, Personal Care, Grains, FMCG, Etc.
**Job Type**: Full time - 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Sat. Sunday off
This is a Work from Office profile.
**Salary**: ₹3 LPA - 8 LPASalary Shall be negotiable based on work experience, interview performance

Job Responsibilities:
- **International Sales Management**:
- Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets, with a specific focus on African markets and Middle East countries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of African markets and Middle East countries, including market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory environments.
- Utilise market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Client Servicing**:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to enhance long-term business partnerships.
- Provide exceptional client servicing, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Leverage existing contacts and develop new relationships within the industry to expand the company's network.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and identify potential business opportunities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide valuable insights from the market to contribute to product/service enhancements.
- **Export Coordination**:
- Coordinate for exports and documentation within the team and with clients.
- Give updates to ensure smooth functioning of processes.

Languages
- Must be fluent in English
- **Must be able to communicate in French and Arabic**
Note:
- Looking for immediate joiners or joining as soon as possible
- Having a good contact base of distributors, wholesalers, importers in the given territory
- Travelling can be a part of profile - National/International
- Must have a good personality and command over language.
