**Position**: Business Development Executive
**Domain**: International Sales
**Process**: Event/Conference Appointment Booking

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound international sales calls to prospective clients
- Pitch services related to event and conference appointment booking
- Generate leads and set up qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Experience in international sales or outbound calling
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (and occasionally night shifts)
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets

**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (in-hand) per month
**Shift**: 9-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (rotational)
**Note**: Occasional night shifts may be required

**Interview Process**:

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
