**Administrator - HVAC Office**

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize project documentation and site activity reports
- Handle **timesheets**, **purchase orders**, and maintain filing systems
- Assist HR and Finance with administrative tasks (e.g., attendance, invoices)
- Coordinate meetings and manage internal communication
- **Oversee godown operations** - stock entries, materials movement, and inventory control
- Follow up with vendors and contractors as needed
- Ensure smooth office operations and support the field team

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in office/admin roles (preferably HVAC or construction industry)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of inventory or store management is a plus
- Must be punctual, organized, and proactive
