Operations (Immediate Joiner only preferred)**

Reporting directly to the MD, we want the **Operations** **Executive** for **Operations** to build the basics for a stronger foundation. We would like to work with energetic young people who are naturally curious to do new things and who have experience as Operations Executive in the operations & accounts. Together with the Functional Management and Subject Matter Experts, understand the business problem, target audiences, and learning needs, and develop learning and change objectives to implement in the proposed learning solution.

**OPERATIONAL TASKS**
- Individuals working as an Operations Executive need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- They are also burdened with managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- They also monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- One of the most important tasks is to provide them with a work environment which is favorable for high work productivity.
- Apart from this, they should also monitor every performance metrics and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.

**KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field from a college/university of repute.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in related fields.
- Hands-on experience with MS office
- word, excel, PowerPoint
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Studying business trends, program management
- Experience with budget management
- Must be very good with numbers and calculations. Problem-solving abilities, proactive and a strong presence of mind

**Overall Experience**:
Minimum 2-4 Years of experience

**Qualification**:
Any degree with accounts & finance background is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
