**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment databases and reports to track hiring metrics and effectiveness.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and End-to-End Recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the EdTech industry and hiring trends is a plus.
