**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Eligible: Any Graduate/Postgraduate and can apply.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Education qualification: 10+2/10+3/10+2+3/Graduate and post Graduate
- Language: English (US and UK must require.) and Hindi
- Communication should be excellent in UK and US based English,
- Shift timing: Rotational shift
- Working days: 6 days
- Salary: 25k-33k
- Age limit: up to 50
- Work location: Hebbal, Bangalore
- Work mode: Work from office

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international process)
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Warm calling to prospects
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams
- Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills

**Skills**
- Should possess good verbal & written in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be precise at work
- Should have the tenacity to learn & up skill
- Should be good with MS Office skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
