**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Clinical Duties**
- Diagnose and treat patients using **Ayurvedic principles** (e.g., Dosha analysis, Prakriti assessment).
- Prescribe **herbal medicines**, dietary regimens, and lifestyle modifications.
- Perform/supervise **Panchakarma therapies** (e.g., Virechana, Basti) with trained therapists.
- Manage chronic conditions (e.g., arthritis, diabetes, digestive disorders) with Ayurvedic protocols.

**2. Integration & Collaboration**
- Coordinate with allopathic doctors for **complementary care** (if hospital permits integrative medicine).
- Refer cases to modern medicine specialists when required (e.g., emergencies, surgical needs).

**3. Compliance & Documentation**
- Maintain **patient records** as per CCIM/NCISM and hospital guidelines.
- Ensure all prescriptions include **BAMS registration number** (mandatory by law).
- Adhere to **biomedical waste rules** for Ayurvedic pharmacies/therapies.

**4. Health Promotion**
- Conduct workshops on **preventive Ayurveda** (e.g., seasonal routines, Yoga).
- Supervise Ayurvedic wellness programs (e.g., detox camps, stress management).

**5. Administrative Duties**
- Train nursing staff on Ayurvedic drug administration.
- Manage pharmacy inventory (herbal medicines, medicated oils).

**Qualifications & Skills**

**1. Mandatory Requirements**
- **Degree**: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) from a **CCIM-recognized college**.
- **Registration**: Valid license from **NCISM/State Ayurvedic Council** (attach registration number).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in clinical Ayurveda

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
