**Job Description**:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Doctors (Junior or Senior) to join our medical team. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, offering hands-on experience in a well-established clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide inpatient and emergency care under the guidance of senior consultants
- Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist in medical and minor surgical procedures
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical cases
- Collaborate with nursing and paramedical staff to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications:

- Degree in MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, or BHMS from a recognized institution
- Valid medical registration (Rajasthan Medical Council preferred)
- Good clinical knowledge and communication skills

Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening, and Night)
