**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As an Ayurveda Doctor at Amanbagh Resort, the primary objective is to enhance the wellness experience of our guests through personalized Ayurvedic treatments, Yoga, and consultations. Ayurveda doctor aims to contribute to the resort’s revenue growth by developing and implementing innovative wellness initiatives, including immersive wellness packages, and by leveraging the unique offerings of our Yoga services, consultations, Ayurveda Garden and Ayurvedic Apothecary. The goal is to generate interest and engagement in Ayurveda, fostering a holistic and rejuvenating environment for our guests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
***Guest Satisfaction**

**Personalized Consultations**: Conducting thorough Ayurvedic consultations to tailor treatments to individual guest needs.

**Quality of Care**: Ensuring high standards of care and service in all Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.

**Feedback Management**: Collecting and analyzing guest feedback to continuously improve the wellness experience.

**Guest Education**: Educating guests about Ayurveda and its benefits to enhance their overall wellness journey.

**Therapist Management**

**Training and Development**: Providing ongoing training and professional development for Ayurvedic therapists to maintain high standards of practice.

**Scheduling**: Efficiently managing therapist schedules to ensure optimal coverage and availability for guests.

**Performance Monitoring**: Regularly evaluating therapist performance and providing constructive feedback.

**Team Coordination**: Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment among the wellness team.

**Result-Oriented Approach to Immersion Packages**

**Program Development**: Designing and implementing immersive wellness packages that align with Ayurvedic principles and guest needs.

**Outcome Tracking**: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellness programs and treatments to ensure desired outcomes.

**Innovation**: Continuously developing new and innovative wellness offerings to keep the immersion packages fresh and appealing.

**Collaboration**: Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, hospitality) to ensure seamless delivery and promotion of wellness packages.

**Collaboration with Corporate Spa Team**

**Package Development**:Working with the corporate spa team to create new wellness packages that incorporate Ayurvedic principles and meet guest expectations.

**Wellness Offerings**:Initiating and implementing changes to existing wellness offerings based on guest feedback and industry trends.

**QUALIFICATIONS**Qualifications/Training: BAMS, any additional qualification will preferred.-
- Minimum three years of managerial experience in relevant field- Strong strategic planning, project management skill and superior decision-making while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, maintaining a professional attitude to deal effectively with guests, management and employees
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
