Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives for ethical marketing.
  • Promote Ayurvedic / Herbal formulations to doctors (BAMS, MD-Ayurveda, General Practitioners, Specialists).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly prescription and sales targets.
  • Conduct CMEs, doctor meets, and product detailing sessions.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Manage secondary and tertiary sales reporting within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of field experience in ethical marketing of Ayurvedic / Herbal / Nutraceutical / Pharma products.
  • Strong understanding of doctor-promotion and prescription-based sales.
  • Proven track record of team handling and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned states (Rajasthan / MP / Maharashtra).
