Area Sales Manager For Ayurveda, Herbal

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives for ethical marketing.
- Promote Ayurvedic / Herbal formulations to doctors (BAMS, MD-Ayurveda, General Practitioners, Specialists).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly prescription and sales targets.
- Conduct CMEs, doctor meets, and product detailing sessions.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to management.
- Manage secondary and tertiary sales reporting within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of field experience in ethical marketing of Ayurvedic / Herbal / Nutraceutical / Pharma products.
- Strong understanding of doctor-promotion and prescription-based sales.
- Proven track record of team handling and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned states (Rajasthan / MP / Maharashtra).
