**Job Title**: Solar Sales Executive
**Location**: Dehradun Uttarakhand
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door sales, and online marketing.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our product offerings.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate customer requirements, and provide customized solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, government incentives, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in solar, real estate, or energy-related industries (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, government incentives, and financing options is a plus.
