Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and connect with potential clients to generate leads.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote NestsFinder's property listings and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- **Age**: Minimum 25 years.
- **Experience**: At least 2+ years in the sales field, preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
**Compensation**
- Attractive incentives**:₹200 INR per gaj (square yard)** sold.
