**Position: Business Development Executive (Online Bidder / Sales / Marketing)**

**Location: Work from Home**

**Experience: Fresher / Trainee**

**Time: Day Night Shift (3PM to 12AM). Flexible to work anytime.**

**Job Type: 3 Months Training + Job**

We are looking for exceptional bidder, who can **generate the leads in Software development.** We are seeking a highly motivated individual for an Online Bidder and business development profile who must have exposure in generating leads & analyzing client requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- **Fluent English speaking, writing and listening skill.**:

- Bidding and client communication on **Freelancer, Upwork and Guru**:

- Generating business through referrals, social media platforms like **linkedin, facebook, twitter etc.**:

- Able to communicate foreign and domestic client.
- Generate new clients for company.
- Write custom Proposals/Costing/ prepare project schedules.
- Finding and adding new accounts to the company.
- Interact with clients via Call to understand their technical requirements.
- Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Self-motivated and thinker.

**Requirement**
- You must have your own good working condition computer / laptop, broadband internet connection, headphones, 24 hours available mobile connection and mobile internet connection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
