**Job Role - Digital Marketing Associate**

Caprics Learning Lab is an education-based company providing curriculum solutions and teacher training programs to schools across India. We are looking for a motivated **Digital Marketing Associate (Fresher)** to join our team and help drive our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Help manage social media platforms and track performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any degree with a Certified Digital Marketing Course is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media platforms is an advantage.
