We also help users cut through the banking jargons, offer smart insights based on spending and provide users with a range of new age features to enable and make sense of their finances.
**Our journey so far**:
Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.
From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.
Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

**Overview of the role**:The Chief of Staff to the CEO will play a crucial role in Jupiters strategic and operational execution. This individual will assess and drive new initiatives, program manage critical projects, and build essential dashboards and tracking reports. The role requires a strong fintech background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Who we're looking for**:
**Assessing and Driving New Initiatives for the Organization**:
- Problem Analysis:
- Dissect given problem statements, such as launching new initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research to evaluate the viability and impact of new initiatives.
- Strategic Assessment:
- Analyze the pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages of proposed initiatives.
- Determine the optimal timing for launching new initiatives.
- Assess required investments, including team resources and potential P&L/revenue projections for the first year.
- Develop end-to-end strategies and secure buy-in from the founder and key leadership stakeholders.
**Owning and Executing New Initiatives**:
- Hands-On Execution:
- Take ownership of new initiatives, executing and program managing the initial MVP end-to-end in collaboration with business, product, and other key leaders.
- After initial success, conduct multiple experiments to refine and scale the initiatives.
**Program Managing Critical Initiatives from the Founder’s Office**:
- OKR Management:
- Program manage the organization's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) once finalized during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Track the progress of these OKRs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing regular updates to the founder along with insights and recommendations.
**Building Dashboards and Tracking Reports**:
- Dashboard Development:
- Build and maintain all critical dashboards, including board presentations, OKR, AOP, and other essential reports.
- Ensure dashboards provide accurate and timely data to support strategic decision-making.
**Basic expectations from the founder**
- Numerical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in number crunching, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of organizational and critical metrics.
- Project Impartiality:
- Maintain objectivity, not getting attached to specific projects.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle all organisational confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior management or strategic planning role within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic initiatives in a fintech environment.
- Extensive experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
