**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from clients regarding clearing house operations, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding billing, claims processing, and other clearing house-related matters.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues related to clearing house software or systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to clearing house operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of clearing house processes and systems.
- Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer service enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in a clearing house or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with clearing house operations, including billing, claims processing, and electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
