Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Present and promote our UPVC windows and doors to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
4. Provide accurate quotes and close sales 5. deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
7. Represent Bright UPVC Windows at industry events and trade shows, if applicable.
8. Work closely with the customer service and installation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation.
**Requirements**:
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
3. Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
