International Bpo tele callers are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead identification and conversion, cold calling with executives.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

**Business Development Executive Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, B.Sc./B tech or similar.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Great networking skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Willing to work Night Shift (Mon-Fri)
