**Tele caller / BPO Tele caller (Inbound & Outbound)** - MG Road, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities
- Handle both **inbound and outbound calls** for enquiries and follow‑ups of leads
- **Convert leads into confirmed sales** through effective persuasion, objection handling, and relationship
- Address and resolve customer complaints, grievances, and service issues promptly
- Update and maintain accurate contact databases and call logs
- Use prepared scripts to inform clients about products/services, upsell, and cross‑sell
- Capture key customer insights by asking relevant questions and noting important
- Liaise with field sales or service team by passing lead acceptances, complaints, and updates
- Attend regular team meetings to review performance goals and targets
- Maintain professionalism, patience, persistence, and open to feedback

Required Skills & Traits
- Excellent **verbal communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Patient, persuasive, persistent**, with a service mindset
- Ability to **handle critique**, adapt to processes, and uphold team harmony
- Familiarity with **CRM tools**, Microsoft Office, and proper record‑keeping
- Competency in upselling and closing simple sales leads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
