**Position Description**

This template provides the clarity of the roles and responsibilities which are mutually agreed between employees, and reporting Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. He will be based at Mumbai and responsible for liasoning work of PSPL.

2. He will responsible for all types of Mantralaya wok and other Government offices for Liaisoning work.

3. He will visit Mantralaya regularly to find out the progress of our work. He should have experience of handled record of Mhada, CIDCO, Maharashtra + other states.

4. He will submit the proposal/Tender to government offices as per requirement with sales / technical team and keep follow up of its progress till it gets finalized.

5. He will be responsible for keeping updates on transfer and new joining officers in Government offices and has to create a good relationship with them for the benefit of the organization.

6. He will be responsible for settlement, dispute with customers, agents, government authorities.

7. He will be responsible for creating and maintaining the relationship with all government and political parties for betterment of organization relations.

8. He will support the management for recovery of payment from customers in time with effective use of his connect in government offices.

9. He will guide and mentor the team regularly for upgrading the knowledge.

10. He will responsible for updating the list of the officers, secretaries, commissioners, Police Departments, Politician, Revenue Department, Other Government and local authorities, and submit to Director on monthly basis.

11. He will not take undertake any other personal project outside the organization during working with GGD group, he will solely work for GGD (Annuj Goel and Ankit Goel Group) only.

12. He will be responsible for daily follow up to be mentioned on whatsapp group without any reminders.

Please be noted that we are in the process of a monthly assessment program for employees where he has to present a monthly review on the progress of the work allocated to him periodically.

**Skills, Experience & Education Qualification**
- Bcom / LLB / MBA
- Marathi speaking and reading is must.
- Prior experience of **at least 10-15 years**in Liasoning.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities, including good connection with Mantralaya, Municipal corporation etc.

**Capabilities**
- Rapport building & getting work done with officials in a time and cost effective manner.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Social outgoing with good networking ability.
- Command over written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in team and lead.

**Key Result Areas**

1. Efficient coordination with various government authorities as per scope of work - 50%

2. To get timely approvals/case registration, deals closed
- 50%

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
