**Position Description**
This template provides the clarity of the roles and responsibilities which are mutually agreed
between employees, and reporting Manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. He will be responsible for police liasoning activities related to our group companies.
2. He will responsible for all types of Mantralaya wok and other Government offices for
Liaisoning work.
3. He will be responsible for keeping all latest updates on the all ongoing cases and will
discuss on further course of action with Director Mr. Annuj Goel
4. He will be responsible for keeping updates on transfer and new joining officers in
Government offices and has to create a good relationship with them for the benefit
of the organization.
5. He will be responsible for settlement, dispute with vendors, customers, land owner,
agents, government authorities.
6. He will be responsible to understand any legal cases / grievances if any at group
level and update the Director Mr. Annuj Goel and resolve with solutions.
7. He will be responsible for creating and maintaining the relationship with all
government and political parties for betterment of organization relations.
8. He will be responsible to file police complaints at the police station from time to time
as after understanding the situation and discussion with the Director / legal team.

10. He will attend to the customer’s / society member’s grievance and resolve it
delicately.
11. He will be responsible to send legal notices to opponents for various issues as per
instruction of the Director / Legal Team.
12. He will be responsible for preparation and understanding of legal documentation
clauses.
13. He will help and support the out of court matters resolution in time and cost
effectively.
14. He will conduct the landowner / brokers / agent’s meetings for litigations and conflict
matters, on a periodic basis as per instruction of the Director for best solutions to the
problem.
15. He will support the management for recovery of payment from customers, land
owners, partners.
16. He will coordinate and support Local Courts of Cantonment, Shivaji Nagar, PCMC,
Tribunals Courts, Lok Adalats/Village Courts, District Courts, High Court and Supreme
Court matters / cases from time to time. And also has to involve himself for
outstation courts if required.
17. He will guide and mentor the team regularly for upgrading the knowledge.
18. He will responsible for updating the list of the Judges, Police Departments, Politician,
Revenue Department, Other Government and local authorities related to organization
19. Create and maintain individual lists of persons of Judges (All Courts of our matters),
Police personnel, Revenue Departments, Politicians, EVERY MONTH, Once.
**Major Highlights**:
1. During working with GGD group, he will solely work for GGD (Annuj Goel and Ankit Goel
Group) only and will not undertake any other personal project outside the organization.
2. He will not do any cash transaction directly with prior informing Mr. Annuj Goel.
3. Daily follow up to be mentioned on whatsapp group without any reminders.
4. Update on every case has to be given by himself or any of the team members.
5. Please be noted that the job description may change time and again as per the business
requirement.
6. Please be noted that we are in the process of a monthly assessment program for
employees where he has to present a monthly review on the progress of the work.
**Skills, Experience & Education Qualification**
- Bcom / LLB / LMM
- Marathi speaking and reading is must.
- Prior experience of at least 15-20 years in Liasoning.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities, police, revenue, and pmc
department including good connection with Mantralaya, courts etc.

- Rapport building & getting work done with officials in a time and cost effective
manner.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Social outgoing with good networking ability.
- Command over written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a team and lead a good team.
**Key Result Areas**
1. Efficient coordination with various government authorities as per scope of work - 50%
2. To get timely approvals/case registration, resolution of cases

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
