Liasoning Officer

**We are looking for a liasoning architect** to join our team and work on our residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. You will be responsible for obtaining the required sanctions and approvals from the municipal corporation and other authorities, and coordinating with the principal architect and other consultants. You will also assist in designing and planning the projects, and ensuring adherence to the DCPR norms and standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Obtain the necessary sanctions and approvals from the BMC and other authorities for the projects
- Coordinate with the principal architect and other consultants on the design and planning of the projects
- Prepare and submit the required drawings, reports, and documents for the approvals
- Ensure compliance with the DCPR norms and standards, and resolve any issues or queries
- Assist in site visits and inspections, and liaise with the contractors and vendors
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience as a liasoning architect in Mumbai**:
- **Knowledge of the DCPR norms and standards, and the approval process and procedures**:
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
