Specscart is one of the fastest growing online eyewear stores in the UK. A team of young professionals who are changing the eyewear industry. Specscart is a Britain-born startup which is born to bring justice to the eyewear market by making eyewear a Fast-moving fashion accessory.

A startup which is born to change glasses from being just an instrument for corrective sight into a fashionable accessory for daily wear. A fashion accessory that should be changed with the attire/occasion. Fashionable eyewear that has a place in your wardrobe. A fashion accessory that is intended to be your most intimate wearing.

Unfortunately, it is limited to just 1 (one) or maximum 2 (two). Since were constantly expanding, we need a Customer Support Representative in our India IT HQ, who will offer excellent customer service and order support to the UK audience.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to handle volatile customers.
- Ability to manage work without multiple instructions.
- Must be smart enough to initiate the process when it's needed.
- Experience in dealing with a global audience.
- Fluent English speaking and excellent written vocabulary is a must.
- Experience in handling UK audiences or working for a UK based business.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and ability in resolving them.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- In this role, you need to analyse and solve moderately complex problems queried by e-commerce customers.
- You will be responding to the customer queries related to their orders, delivery, prescription and payments etc.
- The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to our customers and can directly affect our values proposition in business.
- You will need to deliver performance and quality as per defined metrics.
- Your primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or the UK customer service team.
