**Main Functions**:

- Merchandise MIS: Utilize Excel to meticulously track the sell-throughs of each SKU, providing invaluable MIS support to Merchandisers and Category Managers to ensure season sell-through success.
- Merchandise SIT Tracking and Instore Store Transfers: Compile and share comprehensive reports with the team, facilitating efficient inventory rotation strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed sales reports by style, item code, and color, empowering management to make informed decisions regarding merchandise mixes.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster seamless coordination between various department heads including Front End, Finance, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR, assisting them with both structured and ad-hoc reporting needs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Publish accurate and timely merchandise reports, ensuring the data bank is readily available for any requests.
- Generate and publish reports/dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandise, Product, Operation, and other support groups, measuring performance against established Merchandise KPIs.
- Provide insightful analysis on highlights and challenges, contributing to strategic course corrections.
- Engage proactively with internal teams to identify analysis requirements and merchandise process gaps, delivering regular reports to enhance performance.

**Requirements-**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandise MIS Executive/Allocator within the retail sector.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant professional courses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
