A merchandiser has to maintain some important responsibilities during executive of order. Should maintain a good relationship with buyer and factory members. A senior merchandiser has to follow from **sampling **to dispatch of the goods.

**1) Product Development**

According to the buyer's comments / instruction a Merchandiser has to develop the order and get approval from the buyer.

**2) Order confirmation**

Merchandiser should confirm the order details from the buyer such as Quantity, Size, colour and etc.

**3) Fabric Sourcing**

Fabric sourcing capability is an important role for a Merchandiser. Merchandiser has to maintain strong relationship with the suppliers, so that we can get material on time.

**4) Production Planning**

a) Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw Materials, Manpower Planning, Production Recording and Follow up.

b) Follow up Sampling, Pre-Production activities, Checking/Cutting/Sewing/Finishing/ Quality Control/Packing according to plan.

c) Accurate production planning will help a Merchandiser not only for achieving targeted production but also shipping the goods in its right time.

d) Should follow order requirement, T&A arranging work plan for all departments.

e) TNA preparation for all orders and confirmation of delivery after working with production planning team.

**5) Quality Assurance**

Quality is the first priority. As a Merchandiser should assure the products quality by using all the possible ways. By conducting the PPM Meeting, Maintain all necessary documents and quality SOP.

**6) Final Inspection**

As a Merchandiser should arrange the final inspection with factory QA for the order, which provides clearance for the order, whether it is perfect or not.

**7) Shipment**

As a Merchandiser should ship all the goods with the help of Factory QA, Production In charge & Packaging Supervisor.

**8) Other Tasks**

a) Follow up is the most important task of a merchandiser. A Merchandiser must follow up from the samplingto the finishing department.

b) Merchandiser should control all the merchandising team buy giving required instruction and guidance.

c) Coordinate with clients, production, sampling to ensure timely execution of merchandise plans.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
