**Your Role in Amplifying Our Brand**:
As our Branding Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to strengthen Welcare Hospital's brand identity, enhance its online presence, and connect with our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Brand Strategy & Implementation**:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of the overall branding strategy for Welcare Hospital.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
- Understanding and communicating the hospital's mission, values, and unique selling propositions.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media Management**:

- Managing and growing Welcare Hospital's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creating engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for digital platforms.
- Implementing and analyzing social media marketing activities, including paid campaigns.
- Managing the hospital's website content and SEO efforts.
- Monitoring online reputation and engaging with online communities.
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Developing compelling marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts, etc.).
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for content creation.
- Ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to understand patient needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Analyzing digital marketing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Working closely with the marketing team, medical professionals, and other departments to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinating with external vendors and agencies as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year in branding and digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
