**Role Responsibilities**:
**Brand Strategy Development**:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and differentiate our products/services.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and messaging.

**Brand Identity and Messaging**:
Define and articulate the brand's core values, voice, and visual identity.

Create compelling brand messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences across various channels.

**Integrated Marketing Campaigns**:
Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative assets, including advertising, content, and social media campaigns.

**Content Creation and Storytelling**:
Develop engaging and impactful content across multiple platforms including digital, social media, print, and events. Come up with innovative and creative ideas catering to different customer types.

Champion brand storytelling initiatives that connect emotionally with customers and foster brand loyalty.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing teams regarding products, including product marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Work closely with the internal team and vendor to execute product quality.

**Order Management and Feedback**:
Analyze data and consumer feedback to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

An excellent communicator - both verbal and written

Must have previous experience working in cosmetic-based brands

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
