**Summary of the Role**:
Lead and support all administration related activities and employee services at the Dahej site.
**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:
Housekeeping
- Take care of daily housekeeping of site in all areas ensuring the defined process and controls and taking daily rounds around the site.
- Coordination with the agencies’ supervisor for any issue.
- Maintain proper housekeeping item stock at site through an external agency.
Gardening
- Take care of site gardening areas, routine maintenance with support of a checklist, and taking a daily round of all areas with agency supervisor.
Canteen
- Canteen menu fixing in coordination with canteen committee every month.
- Take care of canteen hygiene with support of a checklist and taking daily checks before and during food serving.
- Take care of timely service of food from external kitchen and as per decided menu.
- To visit external kitchen fortnightly for inspection of kitchen and material storage.
- Canteen staff health check system monitoring regularly.
Employee Transportation
- Take care of vehicle timing recording with support of a checklist
- Coordination with agency for any issue.
- Arranging additional vehicles for employees/visitors on requirement.
Office Administration Jobs
- Ensure working condition of office equipment & conference room upkeep (telephone, electricity, IT Equipment) by coordinating with different teams for closure.
- Office pantry items administration including stock availability.
- Ensure visitor entry support at site (vendors, suppliers, employees etc.)
- Maintain Stationery items.
- Support for arranging any meetings, training, and events.
- Bill checking of Admin. service agencies and Record keeping of all checklists.
- Preparing daily report of Admin. activities
- Checking of Pandemic protocols at site during daily round with support of pandemic checklist.
- Coordinate local statutory and legal requirements related to project.
- Keep/ track of all equipment/ machines/services invoices up to date.
- Manage local office operations like maintaining office, stationery, various local coordination activities, and courier services.
- Support for (Local & Global) LZ employees’ travel bookings, and hotel bookings in coordination with corporate employee services.
