**Shift**:3 PM IST-12 AM IST(Female Employees), 5 PM IST-2 AM IST(Male Employees), Cab drop Facility Provided. Employees are required to be flexible with the shifts as per the business requirements.

**Profile Summary**:
We are looking for talented and experienced accounting professionals to join our growing team in **Bhopal**. This role requires a deep understanding of **US Accounting principles**, strong client communication, and team management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Finalisation of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements
- Month-end and Year-end closing activities including Journal Entries
- Financial Review and preparation of Management Reports
- Payroll compliance and return filings (Forms 940/941)
- Sales Tax calculations and return filing
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to clients in line with company standards
- Actively participate in external and internal trainings; obtain software certifications as needed
- Independently manage workflows for multiple clients and monitor team deliverables
- Onboard new client accounts and provide guidance to team members
- Participate in and contribute to team training sessions
- Manage and mentor a team of Associates, Senior Associates, and Team Leads
- Identify, analyze, and resolve client-related technical accounting issues
- Ensure quality control, timely project delivery, and uphold the principles of outstanding client service

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com with minimum 2-3 years of experience in finalisation of accounts, year-end accounts, bookkeeping, and month-end closing etc
- **OR**Inter CA / CA with 3 years of Articleship experience can be considered

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Accounting domain preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Accounting CS.
- Strong command over **US GAAP** and basic understanding of US accounting rules
- Proficient in **MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, quick learner, and a problem solver
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Experience in direct coordination with US-based clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
