The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain daily accounting records using Zoho Books or Tally.Accurately record vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries.Handle bank reconciliations, vendor ledgers, and payment reports.Monitor accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.2. Client Billing & Vendor PaymentsPrepare and manage client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones.Create and maintain vendor payout sheets and payment schedules.Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments.3. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate records for GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.Assist in return filing and coordinate with the CA for audits.Keep financial documentation organized and accessible for review.4.
