The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain daily accounting records usingZoho BooksorTally . Accurately recordvendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries . Handlebank reconciliations , vendor ledgers, and payment reports. Monitoraccounts payable and receivableon a regular basis. 2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments Prepare and manageclient invoicesbased on timesheets and project milestones. Create and maintainvendor payout sheetsand payment schedules. Follow up with vendors and clients to ensuretimely payments . 3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate records forGST, TDS, and income taxcompliance. Assist inreturn filingand coordinate with theCAfor audits. Keep financial documentation organized and accessible for review. 4. Reporting & Analysis Prepareweekly/monthly financial summaries(revenue, expenses, cash flow). Support management withMIS reportsandfinancial projections . Identify and flag any inconsistencies or overdue items in accounts.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency inZoho Books ,Tally , or similar accounting software. Strong understanding ofGST, TDS , andinvoice reconciliation . ExcellentExcelandreport preparationskills. High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
