**Job details**:

- Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English, Punjabi, Hindi
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Office Administration
- Responsible for the daily book-keeping of both Employment Services/ Construction company
- Generating the invoice for the customers
- Running payroll for the employees and answering any queries of the employees
- Keeping track of all the expenses of the rental properties
- Daily attendance of the employees
- Tracking of the expenses for the gas through the GPS tracking
- Any other expenses for the company
- Responsible to track the utilities expenses which may require making the calls

**Skill(s) required** MS-PowerPoint, MS-word, MS-excel, English Proficiency (Spoken/written), Google maps, Online meetings (skype/team viewer ) ,

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
